Most Hindus know Kumbh Mela… and may have heard of Sadhus coming from various Akhadas (Traditions).
But very few know about the 13 Akhāḍās
🔥These are not just “groups of sadhus.”
They are ancient monastic orders — guardians of Sanātana Dharma, following the tradition and discipline of Tapas, Shāstra, Yoga, Sevā & Dharma-Raksha. 🔱
📜 Guru principle:
तद्विद्धि प्रणिपातेन परिप्रश्नेन सेवया।
— Bhagavad Gītā 4.34
Truth is learned through humility, inquiry & service to tattva-darśī gurus.
